Mark your calendars for Thursday, July 28, for a FREE Discover Downtown community event! Grab your family and friends and come explore everything Downtown Yankton has to offer. This event has everything you need for a night of summer fun- food and drinks, live music, bounce houses, corn hole tournaments, shopping, raffles and more! Pop open a cold one on the sidewalks of your favorite local watering holes and come together with your community to show support for the downtown businesses.

Discover Downtown begins at 6 p.m. on Thursday. A ribbon cutting at Onward Yankton’s new downtown location at 104 W. 3rd St. (the old Books and Beans building) will be held at 5 p.m.

On Friday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., tour Downtown Yankton’s vacant buildings. They may be empty, but they are ripe with potential!
