This is a 5-day Christmas Spectacular flyaway to Nashville!

December 1

Morning Flight to Nashville
Our Private Chartered Motorcoach
 will pick us up at the airport and be ours for the duration of our time in Nashville!
5:00pm – Dinner at a stellar restaurant!
7:00pm – The Grand Ole Opry – Opry Country Christmas – 
Tonight you’ll enjoy a show at the Grand Ole Opry, honoring country music and its history since 1925!

December 2

Breakfast at Hotel
Lunch Cruise on the General Jackson- It’s The Tennessee Christmas Cruise! – Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with your favorite country TENNESSEE CHRISTMAS. In true Tennessee style, their downhome showband of pickers, fiddlers, and singers will be performing heart-warming versions of Christmas favorites by Reba McEntire, Alan Jackson, Elvis Presley, Rascal Flatts, and more! This hit holiday show explores the many musical styles that make Christmas in Tennessee so special, from country to gospel to bluegrass to rhythm & blues.
11:30am Boarding begins / 12:00pm – Lunch Cruise begins
8:00pm – A Very Special Dinner Show at the Gaylord Opryland Resort!
Guest stars to be announced in 2023 but we can tell you that it will be a BIG DEAL! (A hint at the caliber of guests, in 2022 the Oak Ridge Boys were headliners)

December 3
Breakfast at Hotel
9:30am – Depart Resort
10:00am- Tour Belle Meade Historic Site – 
History and hospitality…two words that have been at the foundation of Belle Meade for over 200 years. In the 1800s, Belle Meade was one of the largest and wealthiest private estates in Nashville, raising the nation’s finest thoroughbred race horses. Having hosted celebrities, presidents, generals, and a wealth of revered turfmen, Belle Meade became Nashville’s first attraction. Our visit will be made even more special by seeing the property decked out for the Holidays!
12:00pm – Visit highly acclaimed Franklin, TN! Known for their charming Main Street, home to 160+ Restaurants, Shops, Coffee houses, Gorgeous Christmas Decorations and MORE!
5:00pm – Visit to Cheekwood Estates and Gardens Holiday Lights – Savor the sights and sounds of the season at Cheekwood Estates with Christmas lights glowing throughout the gardens! We will also get to visit the Historic Mansion & Museum, including the Museum Gift Shop, Period Rooms decorated for the holidays, and Art Galleries

December 4

Our final day in Nashville is filled with reasons to celebrate! Just look what we have in store for you…
1st stop, the Country Music Hall of Fame – The world’s largest collection of country music artifacts!
RCA Studio B Tour – See where Elvis, Willie Nelson, Roy Orbison and many more recorded the songs you love.
Lunch Break – on your own
Ryman Auditorium Tour – Known as the Mother Church of Country Music!
Dinner at Wild Horse Saloon – Because you can’t leave Tennessee without kickin’ up your heels!

December 5

Trip Assurance is available for $100 per person.
With Trip Assurance, if you have to cancel because of a medical condition or death in your immediate family less than 60-days prior to the trip, we’ll refund 40% of your payment; plus you’ll receive another 40% of your payment in the form of a future trip credit, minus the Trip Assurance charge.
You may cancel outside of 60-days with a full refund, minus the flight price and Trip Assurance.

TRIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Itinerary and hotels are subject to change. Alternatives may be offered due to closure or unexpected events.
Tour prices are subject to increased rate until booked with a deposit.
Booking a tour indicates you have read and agree with the terms.

Air Travel
Air fare is booked at Economy class group rate. Upgrades may be requested at additional cost.
One carry-on bag, meeting the airline specifications, is included in the trip price.
Additional charges for checked bags may be imposed by the airline and is the responsibility of the traveler.
Airlines may change departure times and/or layover sites. Please check the status one day prior to the flight.

Ground Transportation
Ground transportation is provided by air-conditioned motor coach.
Seat rotation is not enforced.
If you need special accommodations or have concerns during the trip,  please speak with the host and every effort will be made to make suitable arrangements.
All items brought onto the motor coach must be kept clear of the aisle.
Please ensure luggage brought on the motor coach is not excessive and allows for all passengers to be accommodated.

Hotel Accommodations
Hotels are subject to change based on availability at time of reservation.
Elevators are not guaranteed at all properties.
Traveler is responsible for his/her luggage and may have to walk a short distance with their bag.

All tours require some walking and traveler is responsible for their own luggage. Please request help from the host if needed.
If special accommodations are needed, please communicate this before booking.
Arrangements for special requirements may incur additional costs to the traveler.
