As part of its annual Summer Concert Series, Yankton Area Arts is pleased to present The Bridge City Big Band on Tuesday, July 24 at 8:00pm at Riverside Park Amphitheatre.
The Bridge City Big Band is comprised of an all-star group of musicians from the area including Dean Rettedal, Darin Wadley, CJ Kocher, and Scott Olson. The band has played each year at the Yankton Area Arts Fundraiser Meridian en Blanc and has been well received not only because of the variety of jazz and swing tunes they play, but the quality of musicianship.
The Summer Concert Series is free of charge and brought to you by Yankton Area Arts, the City of Yankton, and the Yankton Parks and Recreation Department each Tuesday evening throughout June and July. If there is inclement weather, all concerts will be held at the Summit Activities Center Theater, 1801 Summit Street. For late changes due to weather, tune to local radio stations.
