Cargill's Schweigerts To Provide New Hot Dogs For Twins Team
Cargill’s-Schweigert Meats of Minnesota will be supplying hot dogs for Minnesota Twins baseball when the club opens at Target Field this spring.Company Spokesman Mark Klein says while the Schweigert brand is new to the Cargill, the company has a rich history with its Minnesota roots dating back to 1937.
Klein says the company will be selling four different hot dogs including one made from the same recipe as those served at the Twin’s original stadium.
The four hot dogs replace the Dome Dogs sold at the Twin’s former ball park, the Metrodome.
