Thune Supports Resolution of Disapproval to Stop EPA

Legislation to stop EPA from using the endangerment finding to regulate greenhouse gas emissions has now been introduced in both the Senate and the House.  South Dakota Senator John Thune says he thinks there is growing support for the resolution of disapproval introduced in the Senate by Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski.

Thune says even a majority vote in the Senate would send a strong signal to the Adminstration that they are treading on thin ice.

The same bill was dropped in the House this week co-sponsored by House Ag Committee Chair Collin Peterson.
