Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman expects Republican Mitt Romney to easily win the state in November, but because Nebraska is one of only two states which splits its electoral votes, Romney might not come away with all of the state's electoral votes.



Heineman, a Republican, advocates changing state law to 'winner take all'...such as in states that traditionally lean toward the Democrats.
