***When you book a trip to a sporting, concert or show event with WNAX, you have bought any and all tickets and bus seats associated with the trip. That means in the event of blizzard, flood or any other possible act of God, including illness, the ticket(s) and seat(s) are yours. In the event you cannot go on the trip, WNAX will do everything possible to resell your ticket(s) and will refund any unused hotel room(s). Outside of that, there are no refunds for canceled or postponed games/concerts UNLESS WNAX is refunded money for unused tickets from team/show. A full refund is offered if the trip sells out and your seat(s) are resold.
****For all other trips, you will receive a complete refund if you cancel 45 or more days before a trip. Inside of 45 days, you will receive a refund in the form of a future trip credit on all items refundable to WNAX (example: any tickets, hotel rooms, etc. in which WNAX is able to be refunded). A full refund is offered if the trip sells out and your seat(s) are resold.

****WNAX reserves the right to cancel any trip at anytime with notice.
