A 38-year-old Australian man was pulled over for dangerously driving with two blown tires on Monday morning.

Upon further inspection, police found the man had also been controlling the vehicle without a steering wheel. The man had been driving with a pair of vice grips that he had attached to the steering column.

The driver was arrested and charged with a string of violations including driving an uninsured, unregistered vehicle without a license and breaching the terms of his bail.
