Three Minnesota Twins prospects took part in Sunday’s Futures Game at Target Field as Team USA defeated the World Team 3-2.

Pitcher Alex Meyer, considered the Twins’ top pitching prospect at AAA, worked a scoreless inning for the winning squad.

Two other Twins played for the World Team, pitcher Jose Berrios and first baseman Kennys Vargas, who are both at AA.

Former Twins manager Tom Kelly managed the USA team and Hall of Famer Bert Blyleven managed the World Team.
