The Yankton County Office of Emergency Management held a full scale exercise yesterday (Thursday) to test people and systems.

The Emergency Operations Center was on full alert due to flooding in the summer of 2011. Scherschligt says that experience plays into the testing they do…

 

The exercise was held in conjunction with Bon Homme County that also involved multiple tornado hits.
