With November bearing down on us, and the major winter storm that hit western South Dakota early this month, many of us are wondering what winter may bring.

Among those is meteorologist Todd Heitkamp at the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls……

Heitkamp says the charts are pretty much in the middle, but he has a different feeling……
