The Wild will not extend an offer to center Matt Cullen, making him a free agent when the market opens today.  Meanwhile, the “Star Tribune” reports the Wild have agreed to terms on a two-year, three-million-dollar contract with veteran defenseman Keith Ballard.  The Minnesota native and University of Minnesota star was bought out of the final two years of his contract with Vancouver.
