Watershed Task Force To Meet

The Regional Watershed Advisory Task Force meets today in Pierre.

The committee was created to run three years, and look at issues related to drainage, flood control and other watershed issues.

Senator Jason Frerichs of Wilmot says he hopes they can come up with some legislation to help lay some ground rules…

 

Frerichs says they have focused on a couple of important issues…

 

Frerichs says there may have to be some difficult compromises…

 

The task force is now in its second year of meetings.
