NFC North rivals meet for the second time this season when the Vikings head to Lambeau Field Sunday to play the Green Bay Packers.  The Vikings lost 41-20 at Seattle this past weekend.  Minnesota is last in the division at 2-and-8.  The Packers are also slumping, having lost three straight games and are now just 5-and-5.  Scott Tolzien is expected to start at quarterback for the Pack.
