Twins Make Call-ups

The Twins increased their roster Monday with several September call-ups from the minors. The Twins have recalled infielder Eduardo Escobar, outfielder Chris Parmelee, and pitchers Scott Diamond, Michael Tonkin, and Cole De Vries from Triple-A Rochester.  The team also purchased the contracts of catcher Eric Fryer and pitcher Shairon Martis from Rochester and transferred pitcher Samuel Deduno and outfielder Wilkin Ramirez to the 60-day disabled list.
