Twins Lose Series Finale

Justin Masterson took a no-hitter into the seven inning as the Indians rolled the Twins 7-1 in Minneapolis.  Joe Mauer drove in the only run for Minnesota, which had won its previous four games.  Scott Diamond gave up six runs in under five frames for the loss.

The Twins open a three-game series at the Los Angeles Angels tonight at Angels Stadium of Anaheim.  Minnesota is 41-and-54 after taking two of three games from the Cleveland Indians to open the second half of the season.
