The Minnesota Twins finished their season with another loss Sunday. Nick Swisher hit a two-run homer to help the Indians defeat the Twins 5-1 and clinch the top AL Wild Card position. Scott Diamond allowed two earned runs and four total over six innings for the loss. Eric Fryer knocked in the only run for Minnesota, which ends the season at 66-and-96.
