South Dakota Representative Asks For Help For Livestock Losses

Thursday, South Dakota Representative Kristi Noem spoke on the House floor about the devastation created by last weekend’s blizzard that killed tens of thousands of cattle in Western South Dakota.

Noem says government needs to get working again and a farm bill needs to be passed so producers who’ve been hurt by the blizzard can get the help they need.

She says she plans to tour the damage area this weekend.
