Slow Start For Freeman Era

The Josh Freeman era got off to a rocky start as the Vikings lost 23-7 to the Giants at MetLife Stadium on “Monday Night Football”  Freeman finished just 20-of-53 for 190 yards and an interception for Minnesota, which slipped to 1-and-5 on the season.  Adrian Peterson was held to just 28 yards on 13 carries in defeat.  The Vikings host the Packers this Sunday.
