SD Retailers Worried About Coming ACA Changes..

The first parts of the Affordable Care Act begin to take effect October first when the sign up for individual insurance coverage begins. That will be for those who currently do not have any insurance, and will be offered through the health care exchanges.

Shawn Lyons, Executive Director of the South Dakota Retailers Association, says the coming changes are a big concern for their members…

Lyons says they are finding many businesses still don’t have clear information on the changes, and how they have to respond……

Lyons says they are finding that their own insurance will cost more because of the ACA……
