SD Legislators Meet Again to Talk About Domestic Abuse

The Domestic Abuse Study Committee of the South Dakota Legislature will meet again Monday in Pierre.

The group has been working through domestic abuse laws and issues during the summer interim.

Committee Vice Chair, Representative Mike Stevens of Yankton says they have had two sub groups looking at some specific issues………… .

Stevens says they have had good input, and found some areas where they can make recommendations…………

Stevens says he hopes they can come up with at least a list of proposed bills for the 2014 session…………
