SD Health Care Providers Prepare for ACA Changes..

Health care providers are rushing to provide information to their employees and patients about the changes coming under the Affordable Care Act. The first provisions of the law go into effect October first with the opening of the health care exchanges.

Pam Rezac is President of Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, and says they may see more patients due to more people getting health care coverage……

Rezac says they are concerned that even if they see more patients, they may not have the most comprehensive insurance coverage…
