School Board To Reorganize

The Yankton School Board meets tonight to officially start the new fiscal year, and reorganize. Long time board member Chris Specht will leave after deciding not to run for re-election in April. It will also be the first official meeting under new Superintendent Dr. Wayne Kindle. He has been high school principal for the last six years. He says one big issue for him and the board is finalizing a new contract with the district’s teachers…

Kindle, who has been on the job for about three weeks, says planning for the new school year is well underway…
