Scams Are Everywhere; How to Avoid..

Scams of all sort continue to pop up, many aimed at elderly citizens. Doug Shadel  a nationally known fraud expert was the guest at a volunteer recognition event in Pierre sponsored by AARP-South Dakota.

Shadel says he has studied scams of all sort in an effort to help people avoid them………

Many of the same scams keep coming up over and over again. Shadel says there is a simple reason for that…………

Shadel says scammers are everywhere, and their presence has been enhanced with the use of smart phones and the internet.
