Novozymes Buys TJ Technologies

Novozymes has acquired TJ Technologies based in Watertown, South Dakota.  The acquisition is yet another important step in building Novozymes’ business within BioAgriculture, in the case of TJ Technologies specifically within the bioyield enhancement segment.  TJ Technologies President Tom Johnson says it was a good fit that will benefit farmers.

He says farmers won’t notice any change in business or brands.

Johnson says TJ Technologies is a frontrunner in bioyield enhancers and combining existing products , portfolios and brands will strengthen the joint company’s commercial position in important crop markets.
