Former Royals outfielder Willie Wilson is the recipient for a new 1985 World Series ring. He was given the replacement ring at his own book signing Tuesday at the Negro League Museum. Wilson was forced to sell his original ring at a bankruptcy auction in 2001. Wilson’s new book is entitled, “Inside the Park: Running the Base Path of Life.”
