Nebraska Senator Mike Johanns sees even more clashes over money matters ahead in Congress.┬áJohanns, a Republican, is critical of the Senate Appropriations Committee for exceeding the spending limit by 91(B)Billion dollars…and he says spending simply hasn’t slowed. . .

Johanns says that while the Senate might need to get away from Washington for the August recess, it will return to a lot of work that it will need to get done in a short period of time.
