A group of South Dakota legislative leaders will head to Africa later this month. Representative Bernie Hunhoff of Yankton says they will attend an international legislative conference in Morocco…

The conference is sponsored by the State Legislative Leaders Foundation. Hunhoff says it’s a nonpartisan group that wants to promote legislative discussion…

Besides Hunhoff, the group will include Senator Jason Frerichs of Wilmot and Representative David Lust of Rapid City.
