Iowa Sets Own Course on Health Insurance Reform.

States are trying to adjust to the new health care reform laws coming from Washington. The first parts of the Affordable Care Act became effective on October first with the opening of individual insurance exchanges.

Iowa Governor Terry Branstad says the “Iowa Health and Wellness Plan” is rolling out along side the ACA……. .
