Iowa Assistant Avoids Melee

Iowa tight ends coach D.J. Hernandez was in attendance when a fight broke out at a restaurant in Connecticut Saturday morning.  Hernandez had been mistaken for his brother, former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez.  The former NFL star is facing a murder charge.  Three others were arrested after the skirmish.  D.J. Hernandez played football at Connecticut from 2004-08.
