Hawkeye Earns National Honor

Iowa Hawkeyes cornerback B.J. Lowery was named the Jim Thorpe Defensive Back of the Week yesterday.  Lowery registered two interceptions for touchdowns as the Hawkeyes dismissed Western Michigan 59-3 last weekend.  He is the first player in program history with two picks for scores in a single game.
