City Manager Amy Nelson said she needed commission approval and proof of insurance to allow the movie shoot…

The commission approved the plan on and eight to zero vote. The filming will take place on Sunday July 21st.  Walnut Street in that area has a number of buildings from the late 19th and early 20th century.
