Coyote Named To Aussie Team

A Coyote basketball star will have a chance to represent her home country. South Dakota guard Nicole Seekamp has been named to the Jayco Emerging Australian Opals team that will compete in the Four Nations Tournament in China on June 15-27.

Seekamp was one of three NCAA players to make the squad, which is a developmental team for the Australian National Team.  The Opals will face the Chinese National “B” Team, Hungary’s World University Games Team, and the NetScouts Basketball USA All-Stars in the tournament.

The team will play a round-robin schedule in three cities for a total of nine games.
