The streak of bitter cold temperatures has many across the region pushing up their thermostats to fight off the chill.

Clyde Gross, senior gas manager for Northwestern Energy says they are seeing the effects…………

Gross says while demand is up for natural gas, they are not seeing any big swings in the costs……

Gross says the high demand is pushing some supply lines to their limits……

Northwestern provides natural gas to about eighty six thousand customers in sixty communities in South Dakota.
