CHS Contributes Feed In Addition To Cash Donation To Ranchers

CHS which earlier contributed $ 100,000 through its foundation to help blizzard impacted South Dakota ranchers is now adding a feed donation. Sam Koedam with CHS in Philip, South Dakota says the help is through the company’s rebate program.

Koedam says CHS is committed to helping producers who lost herds in the blizzard. He says those in his area can contact him for more details on their feed donation program.

He says some of the cattle that survived the storm are still struggling with the after effects while others are weathering it fairly good.

Koedam says everyone is trying to pull together to help each other out to recover from this disaster.
