AGP Expands Soybean Processing Plant In Hastings Nebraska

AGP is expanding its soybean processing facility in Hastings, Nebraska.  AGP’s Vice President of Corporate and Government Relations Matt Caswell says the soy expansion adds to their existing facilities.

Caswell says they currently have 100 employees in Hastings and with the expansion will add to that.

He says the expansion will allow AGP to better serve its Pacific Rim customers and with pending trade agreements should lead to even more business in the future.

AGP is owned by 178 local and regional cooperatives that represents over 250,000 farmers from 15 states throughout the country with corporate headquarters in Omaha.
