Affordable Care Act Delayed For Businesses

Many of the mandated changes under the Affordable Care Act for business will be delayed for a year. The Department Health and Human Services will extend many of those deadlines to 2015. Dave Owen, President of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry, says the delay is a good move…
