25 By 25 Committee Concerned About EPA 2014 Volume Requirements

Some Renewable officials say it isn’t just corn ethanol that will be effected by the EPA plan to drop the RFS Volume requirements for 2014, it’s also advanced biofuels.  25 By 25 Committee member Keith Olsen says the total effects are yet to be determined but he is concerned about possible long term impacts by EPA’s proposal.

Olsen says it’s critical people weigh in during the comment period on the EPA proposal and support defending the RFS.

He says the major concern going forward with the EPA proposal is the detrimental effect it could have on advanced biofuel investors.
