Eagle Creek Software Services, with Technology Centers in both Pierre and Vermillion, will sponsor the South Dakota Sneaker Tour.  The South Dakota Sneaker Tour includes a 5K run/walk in both Pierre and Vermillion.  All of the net proceeds from these events will be donated to organizations with planned festivities to celebrate 125 years of South Dakota.

Eagle Creek Software Services, together with Lawrence and Schiller Teleservices of Sioux Falls, 1st Dakota National Bank, Old Lumber Company, Hy-Vee and Dakota PC Warehouse all of Vermillion and Beck Motors of Pierre, are sponsoring this event in both Pierre and Vermillion.

The Pierre 5K leg of the South Dakota Sneaker Tour is scheduled for May 31.  Pre-registration is available in person at the following locations: Eagle Creek Software Services, 2301 Patron Parkway, the Pierre Chamber of Commerce, 800 West Dakota Avenue, or online at

www.sdsneakertour.com. The cost is $15 to register through May 15, then $20 up until race day.

Trophies will be awarded to first place finishers in men’s and women’s categories. All participants will receive a souvenir event t-shirt as well as items from the supporting sponsors.
