The Benedictine Institute of Leadership, Ethics and Social Justice, in cooperation with the Mount Marty College Office of Student Affairs and Student Programming will be hosting a one day student leadership conference, “Teamwork — Ordinary to Extraordinary,” on Saturday, October 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The event is free for Mount Marty students.   High school and college students from the Yankton community and surrounding region are encouraged to attend for a cost of $10.

The keynote address will be given by Aaron Davis, a member of the 1994 National Championship Nebraska Cornhuskers Football Team, who will speak on “Attitude of a Champion.”  A noted presenter and author, Mr. Davis runs his own consulting firm, Aaron Davis Presentations, Inc. as well as serving as the Chief Operations Officer of The Thomas Group.  Mr. Davis’ presentation begins at 9:15 a.m. in Marian Auditorium, and is free and open to the public.
