The City of Yankton reminds property owners that public sidewalks are to be kept clear of
snow and ice. Property owners who have snow covered sidewalks adjacent to their property need to make arrangements for snow and ice removal within 24 hours after the end of a snowfall. Snow removed from driveways, sidewalks or parking lots cannot be placed in the streets. Contact the City of Yankton at 605-668-5251 for more information.
