23rd Street from Douglas Avenue to Mulberry Street is closed to traffic due to street reconstruction. Construction will begin on the west end and progress to the east. Traffic control signage will be posted to aid the travelling public in reaching their destination. The scope of work involves replacement of the miscellaneous curb and gutter, along with pavement replacement. It is anticipated that the construction will continue into late July or early August.

Construction on Mulberry Street, from 23rd Street to Donohoe Boulevard, is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 30th. The construction is phased in order to better accommodate local residents. All through traffic is encouraged to utilize alternative routes. Each phase will be closed to traffic during removals and storm sewer installation and then reopened temporarily until paving begins. Construction will begin at Donohoe Boulevard and progress south. Traffic control signage will be posted to aid the travelling public in reaching their destination. The scope of work involves replacement of the miscellaneous curb and gutter, ADA ramps and pavement, along with the installation of storm sewer. It is anticipated that the construction will continue into late October.
