That means in the event of blizzard, flood or any other possible act of God, including illness, the ticket(s) and seat(s) are yours. In the event you cannot go on the trip, WNAX will do everything possible to resell your ticket(s) and will refund any unused hotel room(s). Outside of that, there are no refunds for canceled or postponed games/concerts UNLESS WNAX is refunded money for unused tickets from team/show. A full refund is offered if the trip sells out and your seat(s) are resold.
