A U.S. Court of Appeals ruling Tuesday upheld EPA's regulation of greenhouse gase under the Clean Air Act.
Although recent rules have been aimed at large indusrial polluters, the trickle down effect will hit farmers and ranchers.
That's according to Jordan Dux, National Affairs Coordinator for Nebraska Farm Bureau.
Dux says when energy costs go up because of EPA's regulation of greenhouse gases, more costs will be felt by everyone and will have a draining effect on the economy.
Dux says his group will continue to battle EPA's regulatory overreach not only by working with Congress but also with the Adminstration.
