Grandpa came down this week for a visit and to help daddy in the field.  The boys sure did love his visit! 

It was time to redo the kitchen chairs again.  Having a 31/2 year old and now a 1 1/2 year old who eat at the table and spill most of their meal, means dirty chair covers.  Here they are before…

Not sure how long I will be able to keep these clean.  But for at least now they look pretty!

Our garden is really popping.  Sunday I got to enjoy these nummy treats!  Fresh radishes.  They were so tasty.  Most of these did not make it into the house.  I ate them right there in the garden

We have a brand new member to our family!!!  His name is Toby and he is a German Shepard puppy.  The boys really love him.

My husband and I participate in the prayer partner program at our church.  It pairs the high school students at our church with an adult.  We, as the adults, pray for them through out the school year and remain unknown to the student until our spring get together.  That was last night.  Christopher was our prayer partner this year and he gave us this amazingly beautiful purple Orchid.  Christopher doesn’t know that I have no green in my thumb whats so ever.  I will try really ahrd to keep this alive. 

The boys were happy it was nice out this morning.  It meant they got to wear their baseball caps instead of the stocking hats that mom has made them wear! 

We had fun out at our friends house playing games the other night.  We were playing Guestures.  I am not sure what the word was but I am sure Ashley wished she were “This tall”

April = Kittens on the farm.  I think Marshall is in 7th heaven with these new kitties.  This kitty is from a litter of 2 kittens.  Marshall named this one Peter and the litter mate Cottontail! 

We got a new bull on Friday.  I am sure my husband never named his bulls before he met me…but now I name the bulls that we get.  It started with Fred…then Love Machine and now introducing…. JIM BOB.  Why Jim Bob?  I figure Jim Bob Duggar has a good history of reproducing.  19 kids and all.  So welcome to the farm Jim Bob!

Bloomfield has their prom last Saturday night.  My good luck has worked once again.  Our babysitters have all won royalty of some sort at school.  3 years ago our babysitters were nominated to homecoming court and one of them one won the queen crown.  Two years ago our babysitter was nominated for homecoming queen and won.  Last year our senior babysitter was nominated to homecoming court.  Kylie didn’t win queen but she got Prom Queen Saturday night.  Only royalty can babysit my sons!!!  Here is Kylie with the Prom King

There were some really pretty dresses.  Here are some of my favorites.  I like this green dress.  Ashley is my neighbor.  I really like the pink dress in the background too!

And I liked this dress but I liked that she had her little brother as her escort.  It was very sweet!!!
